Slazem se sa tobom da ima nade i da ima odlicnih mladih ljudi koji znaju sta zele i, za sada, dobro idu ka svojim ciljevima.

Nezavisno od toga, pomalo sam razocarana i takmicenje i studentima uopste na ovogodisnjem pr weeku. Nisu dobro izucili teme, nisu usli i srz problema, koristili su prilicno komercijalne alatke i bazirali su se vise na marketingu nego na odnosima sa javnoscu.

Dodala bih i da su me poprilicno razocarali *(cast izuzecima naravno!), uopste sa pojavama, stavovima i energijom kojom zrace. Da pojasnim: oblazenje, ponasanje, vokabular, drskost..

Znam, oni jesu mladi, ali upravo je sada vreme i pr week je pravo mesto da se uozbilje i krenu tim putevima kojima zele, jer ima mogucnosti.Cini mi se kao da samo pricaju da bi voleli i da rade, i da volontiraju i sve sve, a zapravo jos uvek nisu spremni za "zasucu rukave".

Ja bih, kao neko iz publike, da se potpišem ispod ovog teksta. Finale takmičenja, prezentacija i odbrana radova je bila zaista inspirativna, u nekim aspektivna i vrlo inovativna.

Članovi žirija su pitanjima i komentarima dodatno doprineli tome.

Vrlo lep deo PR week-a, i samo posmatranje je bilo vrlo pozitivno iskustvo.

Upravo je mene ovako nesto kopkalo nakon proslogodisnjeg takmicenja. Medjutim, dali smo u StratCom-u priliku pojedinim finalistima i moram da priznam da su je dobro iskoristili :)

E sad - sa aspekta struke: očigledno da studentima kroz predavanja i vežbe nije jasno po(d)vučena linija između marketinga i odnosa s javnošću. No, kako kažu, "practice makes perfect" - sve će se to vrlo brzo nivelisati kada dođu u situaciju da stažiraju ili rade. Energija mi je svakako ohrabrujuća.

Posto mi nisi dao da komentarisem posle prezentacije, evo mene ovde. :)
Ono sto sam htela da prokomentarisem posle prve prezentacije jeste naziv akcije ''Najsimpaticnija fotka kupCA i KasirKE''. Komentar je cisto lingvisticke prirode. Naime, zasmetala mi je formulacija naziva sa potpuno rodno neosetljivim jezikom tj. osoba koja daje novac ne mora uvek da bude u muskom rodu niti osoba koja prima novac mora uvek da bude u zenskom rodu. ;)
Dalje, skoro svi prezenteri su iskljucivali jedan deo publike tako sto bi nam okrenuli ledja. Jedva smo nesto uspeli da vidimo.
Sledeci utisak je u vezi sa momkom koji bi oglasio svoju firmu u mediju jer bi na taj nacin sprecio novinare da negativno pisu o njegovoj firmi (zbog straha da ce izgubiti oglasivaca). Jedna clanica zirija ga je uputila na Kodeks profesionalne etike DSOJ. I hvala joj na tome. To smeta pravim PRofesionalcima. Mislim da nema potrebe da naglasavam koliko to smeta meni kao studentkinji novinarstva. Slazem se da je to negde nekada praksa, da se ne pise lose o oglasivacu, i tvrdim da su za to odgovorni novinari koji ne bi trebalo da se bave marketingom. Medjutim, tvrdim i da sredstva za ostvarenje cilja jesu stvar izbora. Na kraju krajeva, Makijaveli je rekao da sredstvo treba biti saobrazno cilju, a ne da cilj ne bira sredstva, sto je misao jezuita. Iskreno verujem da sta god radili, moramo zadrzati bar minimalnu dozu humanosti i doprineti da ovaj svet bude bolji.

Htela sam da napisem: ''ovo bi bilo sve od mene'', ali sam setila Markove opaske od juce: ''Ja se iskreno nadam da ovo nije sve od vas''. :)

Potpuno sam saglasan. Uzgred, gotovo sam siguran da ovo nije sve od tebe :)

Zaista se nadam da se nisu svi studenti koji imaju zelju da kad porastu budu PR menadzeri prijavili na takmicenje zbog nekih neodloznih obaveza ili neceg drugog, jer oni koji su bili medju najboljih sest timova svakako nisu bili na nivo finala. Mislim da su obecane nagrade(pa je jos i bilo nagrada iznenadjenja) i pored motiva za dokazivanjem starijim kolegama, bile i vise nego dovoljne da bi se prijavili, ali ocigledno nije bilo tako. Ukratko, samo finale takmicenja je bilo bas onakvo kako neki mozda ne zele da priznaju, katastrofalno. Najbolji jesu pobedili, ali osecam kao da nisu imali bas neku konkurenciju kada je tokom izlaganja prva tri tima odzvanjao (pod)smeh salom povodom izlaganja pojedinih clanova tih timova. Ne mogu da zamislim na sta je licilo preostalih devet radova ako je ovo bilo najboljih sest. Isskreno se nadam da ce sledece godine biti bolje...

Kritika je uvek dobra i treba da vodi napred. Medjutim, moramo, kada je studentsko takmicenje u pitanju, imati na umu pojedine vazne detalje:

a) Studenti na fakultetima rade odnose s javnoscu iz unekoliko drugacijeg ugla u odnosu na ono sto je praksa.

b) Ne mislim da je finale bilo katastrofalno. To sto su pojedina resenja bila tipizirana nije neocekivano, niti je nuzno lose.

c) I iz nespretne prezentacije ili odgovora na pitanja moze se ponesto nauciti. Makar se moze sagledati kako neke stvari ne bi trebalo raditi. Sustina takmicenja je edukativna i zato smo na neke tipske greske u radovima i prezentacijama davali vrlo iscrpne komentare i skretali paznju svim ucesnicima. A (pod)smeh je individualna stvar i nikome se ne moze niti uskratiti, niti zabraniti.

Sve u svemu: imam utisak da studentsko takmicenje sluzi svojoj svrsi. Siguran sam da ce naredne godine biti jos bolje, a da ce pojedini finalisti u praksi potvrditi ono sto su na prezentacijama pokazali - veliku energiju i potencijal.

U pravu ste kada kazete da studenti drugacije gledaju na stvari od onih koji rade, tako da ce im mozda ta omogucena praksa prosiriti neke vidike, jer sam stekao utisak da su jako naivini kada je rec realnom stanju u biznisu.

Naravno, sve kompanije koje nude praksu moraju da razmisljaju i o tim studentima, a cini mi se da se na studente gleda kao na to kako dobro odraditi posao a da ne platimo za to. Moraju da shvate da je placena praksa nesto sto je u danasnjem svetu normalno, Mada daleko smo mi od svega toga.

Iskreno se nadam da ce svi oni izvuci pouke iz ovogodisnjeg finala, i da ce oni koji ce se prijaviti sledece godine(a potrebno je animirati sto veci broj studenata da to uradi kako bi se i sam kvalitet podigao na visi nivo) nauciti sta i kako treba, odnosno ne treba raditi.

nadam se da ce takmicenje biti svake godine biti sve bolje i bolje.

Ono sto je bio moj generalni utisak je da je vecini takmicara falilo vestina prezentacije. Mnogi od njih su pricali sa svojim timskim kolegama tokom nastupa SVOG tima sto je sa profesionalne strane ne dopustivo. Ono sto je znacajno i sto sam ja poneo kao utisak je da, kao sto Mima rece, u PR u nije sve dozvoljeno i postoje ograde tj. crvene linije koje ne bi trebalo da prelazimo. potrudicu se da bar za studentsku sekciju organizujemo predavanje vestine prezentacije jer ocigledno na Fakultetima studenti/kinje ne dobijaju sve sto im je u praksi potrebno.
Moram pohvaliti odlicne ppt prezentacije. Vidi se da su tu majstori/ce i to je dobro.
